First Sunday of Advent and we have started to decorate for Christmas. The elves were found and had to occupy a new place this year. The old basket formerly used as elves home at Christmas is now filled with all my dish cloths and cotton yarn. But not homeless any more:
As the soot from candles are said to be unhealthy we have swiched to led-candles. A lot of batteries had to be replaced! It is working fine now, but not quite the same as "the good old days" It takes a while to get used to the remote control instead of a box of matches.🎄🎅
The positive side: No soot and less fire hazard.
