The House of Unexpected Sisters
This is number 18 of The No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency written by Alexander McCall Smith. The solving of mysteries is a tiny bit of the stories but Mma Ramotswe (the owner of the agency, Mma Grace Makutsi (now co-director and Principal Investigating Officer), Mr J. L.B. Matekoni (Precious Ramotswes husband) are worth revisiting along with the other recurrent persons in the garage, the agency and the orphanage. I am a huge fan of Alexander McCall Smiths' books, and have read almost all of them except the books for children.. In The No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency I have read all eighteen novels with great pleasure. Mma Ramotswes kind and gentle approach to other people and the relaxed everyday life in Botswana, always makes it a cozy feel good experience to read, maybe with a nice cup of rooi bush tea . Now I am looking forward to volume 11 of the Isabel Dalhousie series!
