Brussel Sprouts with Balsamico



The Brussel sprouts are nice right now. I have  harvested a portion to be used as a side dish for smoked ham.

 You remove the outer leaves on the little cabbages. Boil in  water  with a little salt added for 8 minutes. Fry for a couple of minutes in butter and add balsmic vinegar to taste. Let fry for a few minutes until they are tender but still firm and the balsamic vinegar has caramelized .
