This bread is easy and quick to make, as everything is stirred together and there is no kneading to be done. Then you place it covered with a lid or film in a cold place till the next day .

Yoghurt Bread 2 loaves
15 g yeast
Dissolve the yeast in the yoghurt and stir everything together. Don't knead the dough.
Put in a cold place till next day. Pour the dough on a flour sprinkled
table and divide it in two.
Put in baking moulds (cake size) and bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees
and approx. 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

3 Dl cold water
7 Dl flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp liquid honey
