Mexican Sukini Cake

 Mexican Sukini Cake:

3 eggs
2½ dl vegetable oil
5 dl sugar
5 dl coarsly grated squash with the peel on or you can use grated butternut squash
5 dl flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
2½ dl coarsly chopped walnuts
Mix everything together and bake approximate 1 hour at 200 degrees Celcius.
