Chocolate Cake with Cherries

The recipe for the dough is the same as in African Country Road Cake. Instead of the frosting I use 300 g pitted cherries.

The cake before baking

2 eggs

Stir the ingredients together. Put 300 g pitted cherries on top of the dough. Bake 35 minutes at 180 degrees..

2 Dl sugar

1 Dl milk

2½ Dl flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla sugar

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1½ Dl rapeseed oil
